HVAC contractor serving Santa Rosa, CA since 2009

Custom Comfort Heating and Cooling has been serving homeowners and property owners across the North Bay since 2009. We are a veteran-owned and operated small business, and that background shapes how we work every single day. We show up on time, give you a straight answer, and charge a fair price.

The idea behind Custom Comfort was simple. Our founder wanted to offer something the industry does not always deliver: honest work at a price that makes sense. No inflated quotes, no unnecessary upsells, just the right solution for your home and your budget.

We handle the full range of heating and cooling needs. Whether you need a new AC system installed, a furnace repaired before winter, ductless mini-split service, duct and vent work, or a thermostat replaced, we have the skills and equipment to get it done right. We also offer ongoing maintenance plans to keep your system running efficiently through every season.

Our service area covers Sonoma County, Marin County, Napa County, Lake County, and Mendocino County. From the coast to the inland valleys, we know the climate conditions across the North Bay and how they affect your heating and cooling equipment. That local knowledge helps us give you better advice and longer-lasting results.

As a small business, we take every job personally. You are not a ticket number here. When you call Custom Comfort, you get a team that treats your home with respect and your time as valuable. Our license number is 931823, and we stand behind every job we complete.
